WYSIWYG Web Builder
The extensions created have been developed for use in WB7 but have all been updated/modified to work in WWB8.
The extension builder version is 2.6.0.
Installing Extensions
The preferred method is to install from the Extension Manager within WB. See menu option Tools > Extension Manager.
Alternatively you can also download and install from the main WB extension web site - http://extensions.wysiwygwebbuilder.com
Using Extensions
Many of these extensions have taken several days, sometimes weeks, to build. In most cases the original author's code remains unedited and to build an extension from someone else's code is not always easy.
An extension is therefore a simplified way of adding the elements required (often jQuery, other JavasScript, CSS and HTML) but each extension has a number of unique properties that the end user will need to specify. These properties can range from simple changes to the font colour and size through to far more complex options.
As well as the numerous properties that can be customised there may be the need to perform one or more tasks manually - such as moving files from the published location to another folder. It is therefore important that you always read the supplied help file before you launch into using an extension.

Viewing the Demos
Look out for the INFO icon. The demo pages start with the minimal of content but there is more information to be had. Once you hover over the INFO icon you will automatically display the information panel and reveal the show/hide icons - as seen below.
Support for Extensions
There is support ... but remember if the extension is a free extension - and most are - that email support, subsequent revisions and testing is done as and when time allows. In other words be patient!
